- 3 pound fryer cut into serving pieces shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cooking mix shopping list
- 3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup instant dry milk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2/3 cup hot water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- Coating Mix: shopping list
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ground marjoram shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ground thyme shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground rosemary shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon celery salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground sage shopping list
- 1 tablespoon paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all coating mix ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.
- Store unused mix in a cool dry place.
- Combine flour, coating mix, milk, sugar, salt, water and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Dip chicken in the batter and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
