Chicken and Watercress Crepes Recipe

• sift the flour and salt into a bowl.beat the egg and add the milk.Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredient's and pour in sufficient liquid to form a paste. Blend in the remaining liquid to form a batter pour into a jug. shopping list
• 2 Melt a small amount of butter in a small frying pan about 18cm diameter.Pour a little butter into the pan,immediately rotating to cover base.Cook until golden,then toss or turn and cook other side shopping list
