This is so easy and a perfect sorbet to serve during a poultry dinner.

Ingredients
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lemom juice

Directions
  1. Freeze cranberry sauce unopened in can for 18 hours.
  2. Remove from can and place in bowl. Mash with a fork.
  3. Mash in lemon juice.
  4. Cover and refreeze until serving time.
