Ingredients
  • 800 gr ground young beef
  • 200 gr ground mutton
  • 100 gr finely chopped onion cooked in 20 gr oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • oil for brushing

Directions
  1. Grind or chop everything very fine.
  2. Work meat ingredients into a mixture, work out properly.
  3. Chill for several hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Add mixed onion and garlic, pepper, and salt to meat.
  5. Work together and let stand a short time before forming.
  6. Form into small link sausage shaped pieces by hand or with the utensil for making sausages and grill, turning all the time, brushing them with oil.
  7. Serve in lepinyas, with spring or chopped onions and optionally with roasted green peppers, radishes, tomatoes, whatever.

Macedonian Chevapi are so yummy, a must for a barbecue. Put them in a bread roll and add hot chillies and onions YUM!!!!!!!!
