Ingredients

How to make it

  • Coarsely chop cranberries in processor using on/off turns.
  • Transfer to large bowl
  • Add all remaining ingredients, stir well
  • Let stand at room temperature 2 hours
  • Can be made 1 day ahead.
  • Cover and chill
  • NOTE: Very good on sandwiches. Can be spooned over cream cheese also.
