How to make it

  • Cut meat into cubes,coat with flour,salt & mustard.Putlayer of onion in casserole,then meat,carrot & kumera,then the rest of the meat. Top with onion & tomatoes. sprinkle on pepper,pickle & add 2 cups warm water. Bake in modrate oven 300f 150c for 21/2hrs
