Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional for those allergic to citrus)
  • Note: You can always substitute lemon juice with dill pickle juice - it works well.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can white tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped ripe olives (I would use green olives instead)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • *Note: Low fat products work well with this recipe as well.

Directions
  1. Soften cream cheese at room temperature and whip. Add remaining ingredients. May be served as a spread for crackers, a dip for veggies, on lettuce leaves or as a sandwich filling.
  2. Note: I would mix everything together and then add the olives. I wouldn't want to see mashed olives in the spread - personally I don't think it would look appealing.
