Pineapple Raspberry Smoothie

Another quick grab from the deli and freezer, breakfast in a glass and ready to go in a snap.

1 can of peach nectar (6 oz.) or 6 ounces of orange juice, or pear nectar, or pineapple juice, whatever flavor you want shopping list
2 ounces of cold water to thin out the nectar shopping list
2 cup of fresh cut up pineapple (I buy the fresh in produce already prepped and cut) shopping list
1/2 bag of frozen raspberries, scoop out frozen and use shopping list
1/2 pint of frozen vanilla yogurt (I like Tofutti) shopping list
squeeze of fresh lemon shopping list
2 big squeezes from the honey bear shopping list
1 cup of ice cubes shopping list

Put in blender in order given and whirl away. Pulverize if you must.
Serve immediately.
I sometimes freeze over ripe bananas and use them instead of the raspberries and I vary the juice depending on what is on hand.
