Strawberry Salsa

This is another recipe I experimented with and perfected when I wanted to try a strawberry salsa since I love salsas and had so many strawberries on hand. It is great over fish or chicken. I like it just by itself. Read more It's also good over cream cheese and spread on crackers. See less
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chopped red onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons orange juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley leaves, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard shopping list
- 1 to 2 teaspoons minced fresh or canned jalapeno chile shopping list
- 1 pint basket strawberries, stemmed and diced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons raisins, optional shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl whisk all ingredients except strawberries, raisins and salt.
- Add berries and raisins then toss.
- Season with salt.
