Judys Black Eyed Pea Dip

We serve this every New Year's Day. A great way to have the black-eyed peas we think we have to eat on New Years.
Ingredients
- 1 Medium onion shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 151/2 ounce can peas, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, chopped shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 Pkg. ranch dressing mix shopping list
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in butter.
- Mix all ingredients except Mozzarella Cheese together.
- Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and place cheese on top.
- Heat until cheese is melted.
- Serve with Corn Chips.
