How to make it

  • Rub meat all over with a few slices of .kiwi fruit. Cut into 6 pieces and let stand for15mins.Brown in hot oil. Remove saute onions and capsicum in oil.Stir in flour and allow to brown.stir in stock,soy sauce,mustard and pepper.Return meat to pan with remaining kiwi fruit cover and simmer over low heat for 1hr until tender.Serve with buttered pasta
