Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. cheese tortellini (255g)
  • 1/4 c grated parmesin cheese
  • 2 green onions (sliced finely)
  • 1 celery stalk (chopped)
  • 1 c cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1 c broccoli florets (blanched)
  • 1/3c ceasar dressing
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1c red peppers (chopped)

Directions
  1. Cook pasta and drain
  2. Combine in a large bowl) all ingredients together ( except ceasar dressing and milk)
  3. Combine in a separate bowl dressing and milk
  4. Pour over pasta mixture and mix well.
  5. Chill
