One Dish Chicken And Stuffing Bake Recipe
Yes, homemade stuffing is always better, but in a pinch this is a great throw together chicken dinner.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/4 cups boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cups Herb Seasoned Stuffing, such as Pepperidge Farm®
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • Paprika
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
  1. Mix boiling water and butter.
  2. Add stuffing.
  3. Mix lightly.
  4. In a 3-quart casserole dish, spoon stuffing mix along center.
  5. Arrange chicken on each side of stuffing and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. In a bowl, mix soup, milk and parsley with a wire whisk.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Cover.
  9. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until juices from chicken are no longer pink.
