Easy marbled bark with Oreo cookies, makes a perfect holiday gift.

Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 squares) Semi sweet baking chocolate
  • 1 package ( squares) white baking chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • 10 Oreo cookies

Directions
  1. place semi-sweet chocoalte and white chocolate in seperate microwavable bowls
  2. Microwave until completely melted per package
  3. Add peanut butter to white chocolate and stir until blended
  4. Crumble half the cookies over each bowl and mix well
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixtures onto a wax paper covered baking sheet, alternating the colors of the chocolate (like a chess board).
  6. Cut through the chocolate mixtures to make a marble effect
  7. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm and break into pieces. Store in the fridge.
