Parsley Rolled Cheese Ball

- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 2-1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons finely chopped pimento shopping list
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper or jalapeno for some zip shopping list
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- 2 Teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1-1/2 Teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- A pinch of cayenne pepper shopping list
- A pinch of Mrs. Dash's seasoning shopping list
- Chopped parsley for coating shopping list
How to make it
- Blend cream cheese and shredded cheddar(I have used a Tex Mex blend and it works nicely) until well mixed.
- Add remaining ingredients except the parsley, and mix well.
- Shape into a ball and roll in freshly chopped parsley.
- Chill until served.
- Serve with a variety of crackers, breads and veggies.
- Note: You can add chopped walnuts or pecans to this recipe as well.
