Ingredients
  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2-1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese, room temperature
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoons finely chopped pimento
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper or Jalapeno for some zip
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • A pinch of Mrs. Dash's seasoning
  • Chopped parsley for coating

Directions
  1. Blend cream cheese and shredded cheddar(I have used a Tex Mex blend and it works nicely) until well mixed.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except the parsley, and mix well.
  3. Shape into a ball and roll in freshly chopped parsley.
  4. Chill until served.
  5. Serve with a variety of crackers, breads and veggies.
  6. Note: You can add chopped walnuts or pecans to this recipe as well.
