Ingredients
- 2 large baked potatoes.cook in micro for speed,or oven for better taste shopping list
- 4 chicken supremes ,flour egg and bread cumbed shopping list
- 12 button mushrooms fried in butter salt and black pepper shopping list
- 2oz plain flour shopping list
- 2ozbutter shopping list
- milk shopping list
- 8oz of your fav cheese grated shopping list
How to make it
- butter in pan add the flour make a roux,add the milk.get a nice creamy coating texture,add the cheese
- cook the chicken and mushrooms
- split the cooked hot potatoes
- put the chicken and mushrooms in the centre
- cover with the sauce grill for a few mins and serve.i could eat it now
