Ingredients
  • 2 large baked potatoes.cook in micro for speed,or oven for better taste
  • 4 chicken supremes ,flour egg and bread cumbed
  • 12 button mushrooms fried in butter salt and black pepper
  • 2oz plain flour
  • 2ozbutter
  • milk
  • 8oz of your fav cheese grated

Directions
  1. butter in pan add the flour make a roux,add the milk.get a nice creamy coating texture,add the cheese
  2. cook the chicken and mushrooms
  3. split the cooked hot potatoes
  4. put the chicken and mushrooms in the centre
  5. cover with the sauce grill for a few mins and serve.i could eat it now
