O.K. I am tweaking this recipe I submitted. It is an old recipe but...next time I make it I will add an egg to the batter mix, use less flour called for -- also understand that it calls for a 1/2 C. of water or to mix, when preparing the batter. I used maybe a cup and 1/2 of water in order to mix the batter to the consistancy I desired....I used more vanilla then called for and I will use 1 C. of sugar in the batter instead of the 3/4 C. called for next time.
I think that that is it. Have a happy day :o)
