Chili Rellanos Casserole

- 8 ounces canned diced green chilies drained shopping list
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose baking mix shopping list
- 1 cup frozen egg substitute thawed shopping list
- 4 slightly beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 cup cottage cheese shopping list
- salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a rectangular baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with chili peppers and cheddar cheese.
- In medium bowl combine milk, baking mix and eggs then beat until smooth.
- Stir in cottage cheese then spoon eggs on top.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Top with salsa.
