Baked White Fish With Fresh Herbs

- 2 lbs. mild white fish fillets, sole or flounder shopping list
- ½ t. sweet Hungarian paprika shopping list
- sea salt and black pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 T. fresh thyme leaves shopping list
- 3 T. fresh chopped chives shopping list
- 1 T. dill weed shopping list
- 4 T. sweet butter shopping list
- ½-3/4 cup condensed milk or cream shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Lay fish in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle fish with a bit of salt and paprika. Add herbs over. Dot with butter. Add milk or cream until fish is halfway covered. Bake 10-12 minutes until fish is flakey. Test sauce for saltiness. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
