Baked White Fish With Fresh Herbs Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs. mild white fish fillets, sole or flounder

½ t. sweet Hungarian paprika

sea salt and black pepper to taste

2 T. fresh thyme leaves

3 T. fresh chopped chives

1 T. dill weed

4 T. sweet butter

½-3/4 cup condensed milk or cream

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Lay fish in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle fish with a bit of salt and paprika. Add herbs over. Dot with butter. Add milk or cream until fish is halfway covered. Bake 10-12 minutes until fish is flakey. Test sauce for saltiness. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
