Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Saute chicken with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper.
  • Add sesame seeds (optional), onions and peppers. When those are almost finished, add carrots and snow peas.
  • Serve over rice. Top with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
