Middle Eastern Baked Omelet

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ballard Estate in Euless, Texas in 1991.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 3 medium white onions diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 zucchini grated shopping list
- 1 green pepper diced shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup shortening shopping list
- 1 tomato diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs.
- Grease pan and flour with bread crumbs.
- Pour mixture into pan then bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
