Hummus and Olive Spread

This is a quick-to-put-together spread that you can really jazz up with whatever you have on hand. Delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 small containers of roasted red pepper hummus (or regular) shopping list
- 1 10 oz can ripe pitted olives, drained and chopped finely shopping list
- 2-4 tbsp Greek vinaigrette or Italian dressing shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or minced shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- Assorted crackers or bagel chips or pita breads for serving. shopping list
How to make it
- Spread the hummus on a 10 inch serving plate.
- In a small bowl mix all remaining ingredients together then carefully spread over hummus.
- Serve with the crackers, etc.
