Harvey Wallbanger Cake Recipe

	Mellian / All my dishes 2 years, 1 month ago I've been making this cake for years and years. It tastes just like the drink, only in a cake. Delicious! I always put a little extra booze in the glaze as it doesn't get cooked off. LOL! Prep:10m Cook:40m Servings:10	Mellian
	orange cake galliano vodka orange juice

Ingredients

1 orange cake mix

1pkg vanilla instant pudding

1/4 c. Galliano

1/4 c. Vodka

3/4 c. orange juice

1/2 c. oil

4 eggs

1 c. chopped Maraschino cherries

3/4 c. chopped nuts (pistachios are my favorite)

Glaze

1 1/2 T. Galliano

1 1/2 T. Vodka

1 1/2 T. Orange juice

1 c. Confectioner's sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and beat 4 minutes.

Bake in Bundt or tube pan for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Cool 10 min., remove to serving plate, drizzle with the glaze while cake is still warm.
