Thai Dressing Recipe
I love to recreate sauces, soups and dressings - this is one that I took from my local Thai restuaraunt and recreated - serves with a orange and seasame chicken salad -

Ingredients
  • 1tsp. Grated ginger ( I freeze mine first and then grate it)
  • ½ clove garlic (small) mashed
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp. Red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup peanut sauce (I use house of Tsang)
  • 2 tbsp. Hot chili sauce (I use Kame)
  • 1 ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. shake and serve

Hey there! I tried this earlier today, over sliced leftover roast chicken breast, garnished with coriander leaves. It was really really good and tasted authenically (restaurant) Thai (I've eaten in practically every Thai restaurant over here) lol Thanks for a great post.
