Ingredients
  • 1 small white onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 jalapeno minced

Directions
  1. Mix onion, cilantro, parsley, oil, lime juice, vinegar, garlic and jalapeno in a nonmetallic bowl.
