Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 1/2 C. Hot Brook's Catsup
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 can of kidney beans

Directions
  1. Brown hamburger and onion together and drain, add the remaining ingredients adding kidney beans with their liquid last, mash beans well, heat or put in a chafing dish to serve. Serve dip warm.

I have never heard of Hot Brook's catsup. Is there something different about it than Heinz?


I think that it is hotter then Heinz, you might add a touch of chili powder to the catsup.
