Gingers Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together (have to use your hands!!!!) except for BBQ sauce.
  • Pat into sprayed bread loaf pan
  • Cover with foil and put in refrigerator to cool and set.
  • Bake at 325 degrees until tooth pick comes clean from middle of the loaf.
  • Spread BBQ sauce on top and put bback in oven until a litttle bit browned.

    Why do you people leave a comment that has NOTHING TO DO with RATING this recipe??? When I look at comments I expect good or bad or suggested changes. Why comment only to say I'll add it or can't wait to try it?? Those are not comments it's just gossip nobody wants to read OK!!!!!

    I have to say it again, nothing makes a better sandwich than a thick slice of warm meatloaf.

    I just love meatloaf! And there are times when I just have to make it! So comforting, especially with mashed potatoes.
