Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix

1/2 C. chopped nuts-whatever you prefer

1/4 C. butter

1 egg

A Jar of Jam - whatever you prefer - apricot is popular as is raspberry

Drizzle Frosting:

Powdered sugar

2 t. water and some almond extract

You be the judge of how much you wish to drizzle over the top of cookies. You do not want a lot.

Directions

Mix the cake mix, nuts, butter and egg together and spread on the bottom of a jellyroll pan. Spread the jam over the cake mixture. Bake at ~350 'til jam is bubbly. Prepare the frosting and drizzle over cookies while warm.
