How to make it

  • Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
  • In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Stir in bacon, crabmeat, onions and cheese.
  • Butter and lightly toast the rolls.
  • Spread about 1/4 cup of the mixutre onto each half of roll.
  • Place on a rimmed baking sheet and broil about 6-inches from the heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
