Cajun-creole Rub Recipe

	Mellian / All my dishes 2 years, 1 month ago I found this recipe in a book years ago, don't remember which one now. I make a double batch of it and leave it in a shaker by the stove. We use it on everything. Prep:15m Servings:12	Mellian
	cajun rub cayenne garlic

Ingredients

2 tblsp paprika

1 tblsp garlic powder

2 teaspoon dried thyme, finely crumbled

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano finely crumbled

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients, crush with a mortar and pestle and store in a jar for 6 months.

makes 1/2 Cup
