How to make it

  • Clean and snap the green beans (or use frozen and defrost in cold water and drain and dry do not use canned too mushy and salty)
  • Julienne roasted red pepper strips
  • dice garlic
  • slice onion in strips (optional)
  • heat oil to almost smoking in a large skillet
  • toss in onions cook 1 minute
  • toss in green beans and red peppers and garlic and cook 2 - 3 minutes stirring
  • add cracked black pepper and lemon pepper or salt
