MUSHROOM CRAB MELTS

- 3 Strips diced bacon shopping list
- 1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4 c Chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cn 6oz crabmeat drained, flaked shopping list
- 1 c 4oz shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/3 c Grated parmesan shopping list
- 1 ts Cavenders shopping list
- 2 tb butter shopping list
- 6 English muffins, split shopping list
- 1 ds cayenne and paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bacon over medium heat until crisp; remove to paper towels. Drain, reserving 2 tb drippings. Saute mushrooms and onion in drippings until tender. In a large bowl, combine crab, swiss cheese, mayonnaise, mushroom mixture, parmesan, cavenders and bacon. Spread butter over muffin halves. Top with crab mixture, sprinkle with cayenne and paprika. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. 1/4 for appetizers. Original Recipe 6, can be doubled.
