A Zesty Balsamic Vinaigrette for crisp green salads.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 finely minced garlic clove shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely minced scallions shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for the vinaigrette or add all ingredients to a small processor and process.
