Best Grilled Pork Chops Recipe

Wonderful marinated pork chops. They are moist and tender and nicely seasoned

Ingredients
- 1/2c. water
- 1/3c. light soy sauce
- 1/4c. vegetable oil
- 3T. lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 cloves of garlic,minced
- 6 pork chops,fat removed
Directions
- In a deep bowl,mix all marinade ingredients
- Marinate at least 2 hours
- Remove from marinade and cook over medium heat on greased grill for 15 mins. or till done. Baste with the marinade

Have to try this... Hubby can kill a pork chop on the grill... this might be one that is not dry! How thick are your chops?
