A "peachy" twist to the ole cheese dip.

Ingredients
  • 10 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 c. peach jam
  • 4 oz.( about 1 can) chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 T. chopped jalapeño chile
  • 1 c. shredded Colby cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Tortilla chips

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese, jam, green chiles and jalapeño chile in a mixing bowl, scraping the side of the bowl occasionally. Spoon into a 9x9 inch dish. Sprinkle with cheeses. Chill covered until ready to use. Serve with tortilla chips.
