Add Step-by-Step Photos

This Thai dish is just so easy on the taste buds and should be served as an appetizer or side dish to a spicy main dish. A bowl of your favorite semi- mild Thai sauce should be served in a small ramekin with each dish and a few fresh seasonal greens.

How do you get the minced chicken to hold together? I love the sound of this dish. Would be fabulous for parties. I know it would go over very well.
