How to make it

  • Place squash in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
  • Pour cider or juice over squash
  • combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top
  • Cover with foil
  • Bake at 325* for 45 minutes or until squash is tender

    Rings display out nice on the plate. The center hole can be used to frame another side dish, say a dollop of herbed rice.
