Double cheese baked pasta

- 600gm of dried pasta (Your choice, but not the long variety) shopping list
- 800gm of ham, sliced shopping list
- 400ml of light sour cream shopping list
- 150ml of chicken stock (replace with water if you like) shopping list
- 150gm of parmesan cheese shopping list
- 500gm of shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3 tbspn of basil, chopped shopping list
- 300gm of frozen vege (pea, carrot, corn and French beans) shopping list
- 2 onions, diced shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Boil pasta to al dente in a pot of water with salt + olive oil
- Heat oil in a wok or big pan, add in the diced onions and stir fry till soft
- Add in ham slices and fry for 1 min
- In another pot, add in sour cream and chicken stock and use medium-high fire till boil
- Add frozen vege into #4, bring it to boil and turn down the fire and let it simmer for 2 mins
- Pour #4 into #2 and stir-mix everything using medium fire
- Scoop the pasta into the oven dish
- Scatter basil on on top
- Add ham/cream mixture on top of the pasta
- Sprinkle 2/3 of the cheddar cheese and then all of the parmesan cheese*
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top
- Bake at 200°c for 20 mins
