How to make it

  • Boil pasta to al dente in a pot of water with salt + olive oil
  • Heat oil in a wok or big pan, add in the diced onions and stir fry till soft
  • Add in ham slices and fry for 1 min
  • In another pot, add in sour cream and chicken stock and use medium-high fire till boil
  • Add frozen vege into #4, bring it to boil and turn down the fire and let it simmer for 2 mins
  • Pour #4 into #2 and stir-mix everything using medium fire
  • Scoop the pasta into the oven dish
  • Scatter basil on on top
  • Add ham/cream mixture on top of the pasta
  • Sprinkle 2/3 of the cheddar cheese and then all of the parmesan cheese*
  • Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top
  • Bake at 200°c for 20 mins
