Chinese Omelet Recipe

Chinese Omelet Recipe
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Fuqua Estate in Richardson, Texas in 1987.

This is in no way Chinese.

Butter, paprika, mustard and cheese are virtually impossible to find in China. Milk runs a close second.
