Ingredients
  • layer 1
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter, sweet
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • layer 2
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • layer 3
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • layer 4
  • cool whip
  • chocolate shavings

Directions
  1. layer 1
  2. Mix together all of layer 1 ingredients.
  3. Spread in bottom of 9 14 baking pan.
  4. Bake in oven for 15 minutes @ 375
  5. layer2
  6. Mix all ingredients togehter and spread on cooled crust (layer 1)
  7. layer 3
  8. Mix together all ingredients and spread over layer 2
  9. layer 4
  10. Spread over layer 3 with cool whip and chocolate shavings.
  11. Refrigerate overnight
