How to make it

  • Heat Oil in Pan (Medium Heat)
  • Cook Onion until translucent
  • Add Curry Paste, Garlic & Ginger, Stir
  • Add Coconut Milk, Stock, Fish Sauce, Sugar, & Salt.
  • Add Red Pepper, Zucchini, Red Pepper Flakes & Cover
  • Add Chicken & Pineapple
  • Separately, Mix Cornstarch with equal amounts of water, Add Mixture to Pan.
  • Add Lemon Juice & Zest, and Basil.
  • Serve Over Rice
