How to make it

  • Melt the butter in a 13x9 glass baking dish, and tilt to coat the bottom and sides
  • In large bowl, mix eggs, flour, and baking powder
  • Add melted butter in baking dish to egg and flour mixture, leaving a little coating of butter in the dish
  • Stir in chopped artichoke hearts, cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, olives, and hot pepper sauce
  • Pour batter into the prepared baking dish
  • Cover, refrigerate 8-10 hours
  • When ready to cook, preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Bake 50 minutes or until edges begin to brown
  • Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes
  • Cut into serving pieces
