How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
  • Sift together "dry" ingredients
  • Use a pastry blender or two knives to cut-in Butter or Marg.
  • Carefully stir in milk, stirring only until blended
  • Turn out onto a floured surface and knead ten times
  • Roll out to desired thickness and u cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or a large-mouthed glass
  • Spin each biscuit with your hands out and up to make a "taller" fluffier biscuit, if desired.
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes.

    I wasn't really sure how to explain this step, it's not necessary I just like a taller fluffier biscuit. What you do is take your hands on eiter side of the bicuit and turn them ... well out and up...around maybe just so that thy get taller.
