Momzies Biscuits Recipe

Momzies Biscuits Recipe
My Mom always used this recipe for strawberry shortcake and with her famous fireman's chili, but it's a not too sweet biscuit that could go with anything.

#7 confusing. spin out and up? What does this mean?

I wasn't really sure how to explain this step, it's not necessary I just like a taller fluffier biscuit. What you do is take your hands on eiter side of the bicuit and turn them ... well out and up...around maybe just so that thy get taller.

Mmm... biscuits. One of the only simple recipes I have found... the rest are so complex. THX
