Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons butter

1 (10 ½ ounce) package marshmallows

1 (8 ounce) jar unsalted roasted peanuts

Directions

In a saucepan combine chips, milk and butter. Heat over low heat till chips are melted. In a medium bowl combine marshmallows and nuts. Pour chip mixture over marshmallow mixture and fold. Pour into a buttered 9X13 inch pan. Cool.
