Swedish Fingers Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Butter or Marg

1 cup Brown Sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Salt

2 cups Flour

Strawberry Jam

Shredded Coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream together Butter and Sugar

Stir in remaining ingredients (save strawberry jam and coconut)

Flatten into a medium sized cookie sheet with sides.

Bake for 15 min

Spread with Strawberry Jam while still warm and sprinkle with desired amount of coconut.

Cool and cut into fingers.
