A tasty ice cream like chocolate dessert with a crunch of graham crackers.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Icing Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt 6 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Graham Crackers

Directions
  1. Spread whole graham crackers on the bottom of a 10X10 pan
  2. Beat all ingredients together until creamy
  3. Spread mixture over graham crackers and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
  4. Freeze. Cut into squares once set (three hours)
