How to make it

  • Toss all but the pasta in the stock pot, or the crock pot and go about your day.
  • About 30 minutes before you are going to eat toss in the pasta and cover.
  • You can subsitute the meat for any kind of meat and of course use any type of veggies. This makes a very hearty soup which is really more of a stew.
  • I served with Italian Slipper bread.
