Fall Harvest Stewp

- 1 large carton organic Free range chicken broth (5 cups) shopping list
- 1 small carton organic Free range chicken broth (1 cup) shopping list
- 1 bag frozen corn (about 8oz) shopping list
- 1 bag frozen peas (about 8oz) shopping list
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 small can Italian stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 small bag frozen krinkle cut carrots shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 whole kielbasa cubed shopping list
- 5 potatoes cut into large cubes shopping list
- 2 or 3 hands full mini star pasta shopping list
How to make it
- Toss all but the pasta in the stock pot, or the crock pot and go about your day.
- About 30 minutes before you are going to eat toss in the pasta and cover.
- You can subsitute the meat for any kind of meat and of course use any type of veggies. This makes a very hearty soup which is really more of a stew.
- I served with Italian Slipper bread.
