Ingredients
  • 1 large carton organic Free range Chicken broth (5 cups)
  • 1 small carton organic Free range Chicken broth (1 cup)
  • 1 bag frozen corn (about 8oz)
  • 1 bag frozen peas (about 8oz)
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 small can Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 1 small bag frozen krinkle cut carrots
  • 1/2 to 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 whole kielbasa cubed
  • 5 potatoes cut into large cubes
  • 2 or 3 hands full mini star pasta

Directions
  1. Toss all but the pasta in the stock pot, or the crock pot and go about your day.
  2. About 30 minutes before you are going to eat toss in the pasta and cover.
  3. You can subsitute the meat for any kind of meat and of course use any type of veggies. This makes a very hearty soup which is really more of a stew.
  4. I served with Italian Slipper bread.
