How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt in water.
  • Drain and rinse well under cold water unti pasta is cool.
  • Drain well.
  • Combine pasta and remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours so flavors blend.
  • Remove bay leaf before serving.
  • Garnish with whole olives, cucumber slices and dill sprigs.
  • Makes 6-1 cup servings.
