Really tasty quick soup for a snack or as an appetizer

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 Lg Egg, lightly beaten

Directions
  1. Place breoth in a small saucepan and heat on Med until bubbling
  2. Add Peas and stir.
  3. Slowly pour the egg in a thin stream into the bubbling soup, stirring constantly.
  4. The egg should cook immediatly.
