Creamy, Chesey Pasta with Shrimp and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Small Shell Pasta
- 1 lb Cooked Tail Off Shrimp
- 1 chopped Green Onion
- 3/4 cup frozen Corn or Peas
- 3/4 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Italian Style Cheese
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Directions
- Cook Pasta in a large pot.
- Drain Pasta reserving 1/2 cup water.
- Return Pasta to pot with reserved water, resume heating.
- Add Shrimp, Corn, Onion, and seasonings. Stir.
- Stril in Ranch Dressing and Cheese.
- Heat until smooth and creamy and heated thru.

This looks interesting! I would not have expected the ranch dressing. That seems a bit out there, but I find it intriguing. I will give it a shot and hold off on rating it until then. But I must say it meets most of my criteria. Shrimp…mmmmm must…have….shrimp…cheese…mmmm. I looks like it could be a great recipe but it is one that I can't wrap my taste buds around without tying it first. Thank you for posting it, it gives me food for thought if nothing else.
